I just love baths. I find them to be one of the most relaxing things ever. Except for that time I threw out my back really bad and ended up taking a Vicodin, after drinking at a party. That was probably the most relaxing thing ever. But I digress.
I’m usually not a huge fan of bath salts. I don’t find them to be any great, sensorial delight (even the scented ones). But I’ve come across a bath salt, that’s not just a bath salt. It's also a bath sugar.
It's called Cactus & Ivy Soy Indulgence Bath Grains. (It's all natural, handmade and free of anything bad for you.) The main ingredients are salt, organic sugar, dehydrated coconut milk, soybean oil, vanilla, and sandalwood oil. I’m getting relaxed just typing that. There aren’t lots of bells and whistles with this product. You won't find any strong aromas, fluffy bubbles, fizzing or confetti shooting out of it. (I think Lush has a bath ball that does that.)
You will find, a gently scented, truly buoyant experience. I couldn’t sink my arms down into the water if I tried. I leaned back and put my head under the water. And even my bowling ball-heavy head, kept bobbing up out of the water like a beach ball. I swear if my tub were longer, or if I were 3 feet tall, my whole body would have been floating. It was a very enjoyable, “ground control to Major Tom” experience. Kind of like the complete opposite of having the weight of the world on your shoulders.
So, if you’re looking to escape from the gravitation pull of daily life or even the planet, I say check out Cactus & Ivy Soy Indulgence Bath Grains.

So here you have it, a frozen yogurt like recipe using So Delicious Coconut Milk Kefir.
Because coconut milk kefir is so low in fat, I combined it with full fat coconut milk to prevent it from turning out like ice milk and freezing up to an icy block when placed in the freezer. Make sure the coconut milk you buy contains at least 10 grams of fat per 2 ounces, which is per 1/4 cup). You can use Thai Kitchen, Whole Foods Brand, or something from an Asian market.
